This is a false colour image with the typical SHO-Hubble palette.

The North America Nebula can be found in the constellation Cygnus and is an emission nebula. The nebula has the catalogue designation NGC 7000 and can be seen from the northern hemisphere during Summer right next to the zenith. The nebula is about 2'950 light years away from the solar system.

The Cygnus Wall is part of the North American Nebula and is one of the brightest parts of the nebula.
